WELL THOUGHT-OUT CONSTRUCTION
BELT GRINDING ARM
Surfaces and edges can be ground and deburred on the belt grinding arm. Depending on the size and handiness of the workpieces, the belt sanding arm is adjusted horizontally or vertically.
On the BB550 belt grinding machine, two belt grinding arms can be used for grinding, possibly with grinding belts of different grits.
MACHINE TABLE
On the smaller angle table, which can be tilted up to 45°, smaller workpieces are made at an angle or at 90° angle, ground. For right-angled sanding of larger parts, the stop rail (optional) for longitudinal grinding is used.
SWICHTING UNIT
The circuit consists of a clearly arranged and conveniently placed control panel. The panel has a main switch as well as an on-off button and an emergency stop button. At the customer’s request, an additional foot emergency stop can be installed.
