WELL THOUGHT-OUT CONSTRUCTION
MACHINE TABLE
Large parts can be comfortably sawn on the machine table of the DS210B.
The table top is made of wood, covered with an aluminium plate at the customer’s request.
MOTOR
Driven by a powerful three-phase motor with 3-stage reduction, 500/775/1000 strokes per min. A ball-bearing eccentric drive runs in a closed oil bath. The pre-tensioned spring sleeve ensures permanent saw blade tension and the air pump removes the chips.
SAW BLADE GUIDE
The upper guide roller serves as a workpiece hold-down and is adjustable in height. The lower guide is provided by slots in the hardened steel disc embedded in the machine table.
EXPENSION CHUCKS
The toothed and hardened clamping chucks are exchangeable.
Quick and uncomplicated saw blade change due to attachment with wing screws.
